venx (“venx”, “we”, “us”) is a membership group for deep tech capital providers, based in Boston, Massachusetts. We do not manage capital, make investments, or advise on them; our members do that in their own right. This notice explains how we handle information in connection with venx.co.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not track you. There are no accounts and no logins. The only information you can send us here is what you choose to put in the contact form.
The contact form collects your name, email address, and message. It does not transmit anything to a venx server: choosing “Send message” opens your own email application with the details filled in, and nothing reaches us until you send it yourself. Once you do, that correspondence sits in our business email system and is used only to reply to you and, where relevant, to consider your membership, a partnership, or an invitation to one of our convenings.
As with any website, venx.co is delivered by providers that necessarily process technical data:
We do not combine this data with anything else, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
We set none. There is no advertising, analytics, or session-tracking technology on this site.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share it only with the providers described above, with professional advisers where necessary, and where the law requires it.
We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was sent, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to it. Write to contact@venx.co and we will respond.
We take reasonable measures to protect information in our possession. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to anyone under 16.
We may update this notice. The current version will always be posted here.
By using venx.co you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
